The snatch is easier to learn and teach than the clean yet most athletes do not even use it. Check out Tyler performing some snatches from the hang position. Move fast and blast the weight up. GEEEYAH.
PS. Don’t lift in khakis!

The “Good Morning” is yet another exercise to develop the posterior chain, better known as the ‘Powerhouse Of An Athlete’.
Focus on Tyler’s posture when he is performing the exercise.
Watch as he initializes the movement with his hips moving back…not his shoulders moving forward.
As soon as you feel a pull in your hamstrings, dig your heels in the ground and stand up.
PS – Can anyone name the Artist and Song Title in the backround?
PSS – We are considering putting a DVD together with a whole bunch of speed drills on it, both acceleration and top-speed. Anyone interested???
An RDL is short for Romanian Dead Lift. One of the best ways to train the powerhouse of an athlete, the Posterior Chain.
*Notice Josh’s upper body posture throughout the movement. He doesn’t round his back on the bottom of the lift like most beginners.
*Feel a pull in your hamstrings, and pull your heels back to stand up.
